Our programme in improving safety culture, on the one hand, aims at preventing hazardous situations and accidents; on the other hand, it helps the safety-conscious work environment to become part of daily routine at companies exposed to high risk, such as companies at the transportation, -chemical, and pharmaceutical sectors, power plants, etc.)
We have references in the following fields/segments:
• Planning, conducting and evaluating safety culture assessments
• Training case-investigators (interview techniques, awareness of human factors)
• Trainings considering human factors: stress-and fatigue management, improving cooperation within the operative staff, increasing situational awareness)
