Rami Malik

Work-and organisational psychologist, founder of MATT. In the competitive environment he primarily works as a skills-developer and as an organisational development consultant. Since 1999 he has been engaged in aviation psychology. Participating in trainings both in Hungary and abroad and following up the relevant international literature Mr Malik aims at continuous renewal in his work. He is married and is a father of two children.

Szilveszter Alfásy

Since 1999, he has been assisting as trainer the skill-development of employees for large and medium-sized companies. As an organizational development consultant he leads job surveys, takes part in strategy development and reorganization. He is responsible for developing and maintaining trainings and trainings’ processes in MATT. He is mindful of both organizational and individual interests and motivations. In his work he represents the solution-oriented focus.

Anikó Fritz

Training and talent selection specialist, trainer and coach. Anikó graduated with degree in communication, pedagogy and HR, she obtained Coach diploma at Hungarian Coaching Psychology Association. As HR specialist she spent 10 years in multinational working environment. 500+ training days and 150+ successful placements behind her. Pro of gentle, strength-based, result-oriented development and competence-based selection. She has two children, she likes to spend her free time cycling, hiking and singing.

Kriszta Mauks-Kiss

She graduated in 2006 as a psychologist at ELTE, specializing in counseling and organizational development. She gained his first professional experience on the provider side: as a trainer he led a number of skill-development trainings and trainer trainings in complex organizational development projects. In 2010, she moved to the customer side and began to understand and develop development processes internally as a training development manager. MATT carries out leadership training programs, 360-degree feedback and individual leadership developments. The right balance between work and private life is provided by two daughters and little sons in addition to her husband.

Brigitta Monostori

Graduated from Eötvös Lóránd University, Ms Monostori became a trainer through a personal training process. She is a coaching psychologist, Action Learning facilitator, team-coach. She worked as an internal trainer for seven years, and she gained her organisational developing practice in the service industry in a multi-national environment. As a consultant, she also helps in the development of small businesses. Her work attitude towards her profession can be described as supportive, networking and solution-oriented.

András Németh

IT engineer, technical manager, organisational developing consultant, trainer, NLP Master and international flight safety instructor. Mr Németh has prepared several organisational diagnoses for both national and international companies where he took a leading role in conducting and handling changes. As a trainer he has held more than a hundred trainings. He is a father of three girls. He has played the French horn for 31 years, and has conducted more than 200 weddings as best man.

Rita Sasvári

Clinical and mental hygienic psychologist currently reading sport psychology. Ms Sasvári has worked in clinical environment, at law enforcement, and in the field of competence development for middle-and top level managers. She has converted her experiences in the dynamics of human nature/soul into trainings, mentoring sessions and mediating. She deeply believes in the importance of the harmony between body and soul, and has been a sports enthusiast since her childhood.

Éva Surányi

Economist, Head of Research at MATT. Ms Surányi graduated in economics from the Budapest University of Economics, and holds an MA and a PhD in economics at CEU Business School. She started her career as a consultant at Szonda Ipsos, then at the Ministry of Economy. She holds references in the following fields: strategic planning, programme evaluation, effect analysis, monitoring internal satisfaction.

Judit Trencsényi

In the last 15 years Ms Trencsényi has held more than a 1000 trainings, she trains leaders and trainers in the field of capacity building, organisational development and CSR. She has participated in testing organisational models, mapping out, developing and assessing training technics, in setting out facilitated organisations and strategic planning of different networks. Ms Tencsényi is a keen runner, she is doing yoga and she is the mother of teenage son.

Attila Turóczi

Mr Turóczi holds a BA in English where he later graduated in psychology as well. By now he has successfully translated more than 50 books on different psychological topics from both German and English, beside of which he also completes psychological work. Mr Túróczi is not only persistent in his work but in sports, as well: he is a long-distance triathlonist and owns the title of ‘Ironman’, too.
